Soccer Fundamentals

Well....I am not a big fan of Soccer, but Jase kept saying he wanted to play Soccer, so I decided to sign him up and see what it was all about. Again, this is only for 6 weeks, and it's just the basic fundamentals. And again, Jase had a ball and loved it. Maybe he is just going to be one of those all around sports guys. Love it all. Well, I'm not sure, but I do know one thing, it was good for his appetite. He ate 3 fried eggs when we came home tonight. He worked up a serious appetite. I also love the fact that the coach works a little exercise into his program. It's really cute to see these guys try to coordinate their bodies to do jumping jacks and toe touches. They just tumble over and fall down and roll around in the grass. They are so adorable.

He thinks he knows what he is doing.

Whiped out......I'm ready for bed!

T-Ball Fundamentals

We registered Jase in a little t-ball league this fall for 6 weeks. They actually do not play t-ball, they just rotate from station to station and learn a few fundamentals regarding baseball. He is having a ball. He just loves it! His sister, cousin Rylee, and Aunt Teresa came to watch him play yesterday. Also, his cousin Jason came to help work with him on some of his fundamentals. Jason was a lot of help and I hope he will come back for the last 3 weeks. He knows a lot more about baseball than I'll never know!
We learned the hard way that he throws with his left hand.
He was trying so hard to throw with his right. It should have dawn on me that something was wrong, because he was throwing so much better last week. I was too busy trying to take pictures while Jason was working with him. (that's my story and I'm sticking to it!)
No NOT FOOTBALL!

He was hitting really good too, until I tried to record a movie clip of him hitting the ball. Once I turned my camera to record, he missed every hit.

What is next???

He pays attention really well.....we told him to keep his eye on the ball and look at that serious concentration....TOTALLY CUTENESS!!!

Jase on the Zip Line

Daddy installed a new and improved zip line while he was home. It's sturdier, longer and MORE fun the kids say. I, on the other hand, think it is more SCARIER because they start off really high and at the end they come to a pretty fast screaching halt. Oh my.......these guys are not scared of anything, which, I guess is a sorta a good thing!?!?!?!?!
