Hummm.....okay kids...what should we do? Should we get dressed and go to school/work and be on time by 10 a.m. or should we go outside and play in the snow a little while this morning, while the snow is still here on the ground?
Let's think about it.........
Play in the snow wins! Mommy is going to be late for work....... even at 10 a.m.
Cassandra was so proud of herself, she rolled this big ball of snow over and was looking for her lost buttons....which she did not find. And, "NO" her leg is not broke.....she is just posing! LOL
Snow ball fight anybody?
I'm going to get you!
Run Momma or I'm going to get you!
Oh this looks serious....Cassandra really concentrates when she sticks her tongue out. She is going to hit me hard with that snow ball. I better run!!!!
Oh no...here comes the little man. They are ganging up on me!
Eeeks......
NO....PLEASE DO NOT THROW THAT ONE AT ME.....it's way TOO BIG!
And just in case the pictures don't say it.....THEY LOVED THE SNOW. THANK YOU GOD for the awesome 24 hour SNOW EVENT IN TEXAS!

My Third Birthday
Dear Jase,
I'm going to attempt to create you a "blogspot" scrapbook instead of our traditional "BIG SCRAPBOOKS". I feel like I'll journal more using a blogspot but that is still to be determined.
I guess a good place to start would be on your 3rd Birthday, when I planned an outdoor Superman party for you. But....bad news....it rained and it was very, very, very cold that day, therefore in about an hours time, I had to rearrange your entire Birthday party to an inside party. It was pretty much thrown together, but we pulled it off. I think it was your Dad's Zip Line that saved the day! Basically, we had the kids get a "Superman" face painting emblem on their cheeks, Mommy made everyone Superman t-shirts with capes (Mickey Mouse Grandma helped me put them together, THANK GOODNESS), then, we had the kids enter the PHONE BOOTH to put on their t-shirts, then, they had to crawl through the bat cave, climb a ladder to rescue a cat, dig their Superman rings up out of the slime (purple jello), move kryptonite (golf) balls with tongs, toss kryptonite water balloons, walk across a red hot lava platform, shoot villans with silly string and then fly like superman on the zip line. Whew......we had a lot of kids come........mostly from Zion church. We were happy so many showed up and you seemed to really enjoy your party. Now, all your friends are official Super Hero's!
